ABOUT the POSITION

We're searching for a skilled and enthusiastic Producer to join our team. In this role, you'll play a key part in bringing our creative visions to life, collaborating closely with our creative and client service teams

‍Pre-Production Planning:

• Work with our creative and client service teams to develop clear project briefs and timelines.  
• Secure locations, talent, props, and other resources needed for production, ensuring adherence to budget guidelines.  
• Analyze scripts and create detailed breakdowns to optimize the production process.  

• Production Management:
  
  • Develop and manage shooting schedules, coordinating with the production team and talent.  
  • Collaborate effectively with directors and crew to ensure a smooth and efficient production.  
  • Provide clear direction and guidance to talent, ensuring they understand their roles and the overall vision for the project.  
• On-Set Leadership:
  
  • Oversee production activities on set, ensuring everything runs according to plan.  
  • Handle any unexpected challenges or issues that arise during production.
• Build confidence with the team and clientss:
  
  • Maintain open and positive communication with the working team and Clients, keeping them informed and involved throughout the production process.
  • Respond to Client’s questions and concerns professionally and effectively.

• Proven experience as a Producer, with a portfolio demonstrating your skills and accomplishments.
